[Lintouch-announce] Web server update

Hello all

It is time to say Good Bye to our good old web server that
was powered by Apache 1.3.x. 

As we plan to move from cvs to subversion soon, it was
necessary to upgrade our Apache server to 2.x version.

I did it today, so we are now running the 2.0.52 version of
Apache. I tried to do all my best, but some services may
become broken after upgrade, so if you face any problems
with out http services (web, bugzilla, mailing lists etc.)
